30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to decide if it’s the right fit for you. During this period, you may try the product at home, but it must remain unwashed, unused, and have tags attached.
How to Return:
Initiate the return within 30 days of receiving the item.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we receive the item, a full refund (minus the initial shipping fee) will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Please Note:
Returns are not accepted after 30 days, even if the item remains unworn and unwashed.
Final Sale Items (see below) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exchange Policy
If you’d prefer to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, you can do so within the same 30-day window, provided the item is unwashed, unused, and has tags attached.
How to Exchange:
If the item you want to exchange is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund (minus the initial shipping fee) once we receive your package.
