WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
The buyer may cancel their order within 60 minutes of creating and submitting the purchase if the order has not already been processed & shipped. Do note that we cannot make changes to an order once it’s been processed & shipped.

WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS LOST OR STOLEN DURING OR UPON DELIVERY?
Once we have transferred your package to the post office and you receive a confirmation email with your shipping/tracking ID, your package is no longer in the hands of Savage Babe Collection. We aren't responsible for events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages during transit. Under all circumstances, the mail carrier is responsible for all mail pieces that undergo delivery services. We will do our best to assist our customers regarding their missing packages. Please wait until after the package's scheduled delivery to contact your local post office to file a claim. If you are a giveaway recipient, contact us at and we will activate an individual coupon code for you.
WHEN WILL I GET CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
You get charged immediately as soon as you complete the order with Savage Babe. For any e-checks, orders get charged within 5-7 business days.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP IF I USE AN E-CHECK TO PAY?
E-checks get cleared on our end within 5-7 business days. For e-checks, we wait until the payment has cleared on the check before fulfilling and shipping out the order.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
