Depending if the item is FINAL-SALE or EXCHANGE-ONLY, if, for any reason, you're unsatisfied with your current product, you are welcome to exchange it for a different size, color, or item within the 30-day period. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Depending if the item is FINAL-SALE or EXCHANGE-ONLY, if the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will gladly provide you with a full refund, minus the initial shipping fee, once we receive your returned package. This process typically takes 3-5 business days once your package reaches our warehouse center.
