WHAT ITEMS AM I ALLOWED TO EXCHANGE?

The buyer may return anything EXCLUDING:

  • Socks
  • Sports Bras
  • Underwear

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I BOUGHT FOR ANOTHER ITEM OR SIZE?

Yes, within 14 days of the item(s) being 'delivered' per tracking, as long as the item has been unworn & unwashed. The buyer will be able to exchange the item for another style or size as long the item and its size are still in stock. Unfortunately, shipping & handling costs are not covered by Savage Babe for exchanged items, so the buyer will need to cover those expenses.

Consider the following examples:

  • Buyer wants to exchange a shirt for another size. As long the size in that same item is still available, the buyer will be able to exchange their shirt. Again, shipping & handling costs are not covered by Savage Babe.
  • Buyer wants to exchange a shirt for another shirt. As long as both shirts are in stock, the buyer will be able to exchange the shirt for another style. A credit for the amount of the returned item will be given you in the form of an individual, single time use coupon code. Again, shipping & handling costs are not covered by Savage Babe.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A DISCOUNTED ITEM THAT I PURCHASED?

Unfortunately no you will not be able to return or exchange the item. Our return policy states that all sales are final on any discounted items which includes all clearance items, misprints, defected items, samples, or anything sold under the 'Discounted Items' category.

 

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SAMPLE, DEFECTED, OR MISPRINTED ITEM THAT I PURCHASED?

Unfortunately no you will not be able to return or exchange the item. Our exchange policy states that all sales are final on any discounted items which include all clearance items, misprints, or anything sold under the 'Discounted Items' category.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?

You have 10 days to determine if there are any defects on our products. If the item is worn and rips due to improper sizing, Savage Babe is not held responsible to reimburse the customer. If you feel that the item was defective and would like a new one, Savage Babe will only cover the shipping from Savage Babe to the customer. You can NOT size up for an exchange for the defective item. We can only send out the same size you have on your Order.  

 

CAN I EXCHANGE A DISCOUNTED ITEM FOR ANOTHER SIZE THAT I PURCHASED?

Yes you will be able to exchange the discounted item for another size if your size is available and if your exchanging the item within 14 days of receiving the item(s). If your size is not available, you will be refunded 50% back on the item's discounted price (not including any shipping and handling rates). This applies to all discounted items which includes all clearance items, misprints, or anything sold under the 'Discounted Items' category.

 

WHEN WILL MY EXCHANGE BE PROCESSED?

Savage Babe, LLC will process your return/exchange within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned items in the mail.

 

 

WHAT IF MY POSTMASTER/ POST OFFICE IS NOT ACCEPTING PACKAGES? HOW CAN I COMPLETE MY RETURN?

Please hold onto your item and reach back out to us once your postmaster starts accepting packages again.
