WHAT ITEMS AM I ALLOWED TO RETURN?

The buyer may return anything EXCLUDING:

  • Socks
  • Sports Bras
  • Underwear

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I PURCHASED?

Yes, the buyer may return an item within 30 days and receive a full refund or In-Store Credit on the item price (excludes shipping & handling costs, and we take into consideration any promotional or discount codes that have been applied, and that includes ambassador, affiliate, and one-time use only codes) as long as the item has been unworn & unwashed if they not satisfied with the purchase.

Our return policy states:

  • Savage Babe only refunds to the buyer the item price (of the returned item) that was listed on the order at the time of the purchase.
  • Savage Babe does not reimburse for shipping & handling costs prior to and after return of the item.
  • Buyer must cover shipping & handling costs for returned item.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I BOUGHT FOR ANOTHER ITEM OR SIZE?

Yes, within 14 days of the item(s) being 'delivered' per tracking, as long as the item has been unworn & unwashed, and it was not a discounted, defected, misprinted, or sample item. The buyer will be able to exchange the item for another style or size as long the item and its size are still in stock. Unfortunately, shipping & handling costs are not covered by Savage Babe for exchanged items, so the buyer will need to cover those expenses.

Consider the following examples:

  • Buyer wants to exchange a shirt for another size. As long the size in that same item is still available, the buyer will be able to exchange their shirt. Again, shipping & handling costs are not covered by Savage Babe.
  • Buyer wants to exchange a shirt for another shirt. As long as both shirts are in stock, the buyer will be able to exchange the shirt for another style. A credit for the amount of the returned item will be given you in the form of an individual, single time use coupon code. Again, shipping & handling costs are not covered by Savage Babe.

Unfortunately no you will not be able to return or exchange the item. Our return policy states that all sales are final on any discounted items which includes all clearance items, misprints, defected items, samples, or anything sold under the 'Discounted Items' category.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SAMPLE, DEFECTED, OR MISPRINTED ITEM THAT I PURCHASED?

WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND ON AN ITEM IF I RETURN IT?

Only within the 30-days after the date of purchase may the buyer will receive a full refund on the item price (of the returned item)  that was listed on the order at the time of the purchase. Unfortunately, the buyer will not receive reimbursement of any shipping & handling costs. However, our return policy states that you will not be able to get a refund or exchange any item that was discounted or sold under the 'Discounted Items' category.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE STRAIGHT FROM THE PACKAGE?

You have 10 days to determine if there are any defects on our products. If the item is worn and rips due to improper sizing, Savage Babe is not held responsible to reimburse the customer. If you know that the item was defective straight from the package and would like a new one, please email our team at info@savagebabecollection.com. Make sure to include clear images of the defect and your order number. From there, we will work on a solution for you.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

  • For U.S orders, when a buyer spends $100 or more on an order, free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
  • For International orders, when a buyer spends $115 or more on an order, free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
  • For promotional and/or exclusive offers involving 'Free Shipping' in which Savage Babe provides a Promotional Code for, the buyer will be able to use this code at checkout, and the free shipping will be applied.
  • For local customers in the Treasure Valley area, the "Boise In-Store Pick Up" option in checkout will allow free in-store pickup. Please email info@savagebabecollection.com for pick-up location & time.

     

    HOW DOES THE LOCAL PICKUP OPTION WORK?

    For local customers in the Treasure Valley area, the "Pick up from store" option in checkout will allow free in-store pickup. We will then email you to arrange a time for you to come pick up your order once it is ready!

     

    WHAT IF I ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS?

    If the package hasn't yet been shipped, email info@savagebabcollection.com to check the status to see whether we can change the shipping address. If the package has been shipped, please reach out to either PayPal or USPS, OR the address in which the package was mistakenly sent to. Unfortunately, Savage Babe Collection can not be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered.

     If the package gets returned back to the Savage Babe warehouse:

    • Our team will reach out to you for correct shipping information. Shipping & handling costs will be covered by the buyer.

    If the package does not get returned back to the Savage Babe warehouse: Under Seller Protection, Savage Babe is only responsible for shipping items over to the address that was provided. The Buyer will need to repurchase an item if they chose to.

    • Savage Babe unfortunately will not be able to cover costs of the lost item. However, upon receiving an email about the circumstances, Savage Babe will provide the buyer with a coupon code.

    WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    The buyer may cancel their order within 60 minutes of creating and submitting the purchase IF the order has not already been processed & shipped. Do note that we cannot make changes to an order once it’s been processed & shipped.

    IS SAVAGE BABE'S APPAREL SIZE INCLUSIVE?

    GREAT QUESTION! We have been getting asked a lot about this in the last few months. We are currently working to bring in more sizes for all body types and shapes with the mission to accomplish this goal in the next 2 years. Being that Savage Babe started in January 2018, we are still a small business working towards bigger things, that of which includes bringing in more sizes for all women in the community in order to allow all women to rep the brand and movement of Savage Babe. As a small online shop, we are still challenged with obstacles which makes it more difficult for smaller companies like ours to acquire sizes like XS, XXL, and XXXL (since about 75% of what we create is completely custom). Have no worries because with time, growth, and your patience, we will eventually be able to afford upfront bulk costs that allow us to purchase sizes like these!

    WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

    Payment options Savage Babe Collection accepts include:

    • Debit or credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB Global, and Union Pay.
    • PayPal

    • Cash is only accepted for in-person transactions.

    Please allow time for your order to process and be accepted. Once payment is received, your order will be shipped.

     

    WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST OR STOLEN?

    1. If the tracking states "Delivered," Savage Babe, LLC is no longer liable. In the event this is the first case that this happens as a customer ordering from Savage Babe, if within 4 weeks the package is still lost, Savage Babe, LLC will issue a 50% refund on the price of the purchased items (this excludes shipping and handling fees). All future orders with Savage Babe, LLC that are claimed to be "lost/missing" by the customer with the status of "Delivered" will not be refunded.
    2. If the tracking states that the package had never reached delivery, Savage Babe, LLC is responsible for refunding the customer back for the entire order (this includes all shipping and handling fees).

    We will do our best to assist our customers regarding their missing packages. Please wait until after the package's scheduled delivery to contact your local post office to file a claim.

    Yes we do! We ship to all of the following Military APO FPO addresses:

    Shipping via Military Mail (APO, FPO, DPO)

    • APO stands for Army Post Office and is associated with Army or Air Force installations.
    • FPO stands for Fleet Post Office and is associated with Navy installations and ships.
    • DPO stands for Diplomatic Post Office and is associated with U.S. Diplomatic locations.
