WHAT ITEMS AM I ALLOWED TO RETURN?

The buyer may return anything EXCLUDING:

  • Socks
  • Sports Bras
  • Underwear

 

 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I PURCHASED?

Yes, within 14 days of the item(s) being 'delivered' per tracking, the buyer has the option to return an item and still receive a full refund or In-Store Credit on the item price (this excludes shipping & handling costs, and we take into consideration any promotional or discount codes that have been applied, and that includes ambassador, affiliate, and one-time use only codes) as long as the item has been unworn & unwashed if they not satisfied with the purchase.

Our return policy states:

  • Savage Babe only refunds to the buyer the item price (of the returned item) that was listed on the order at the time of the purchase.
  • Savage Babe does not reimburse for shipping & handling costs prior to and after return of the item.
  • Buyer must cover shipping & handling costs for returned item.

         

         

        WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

        Savage Babe, LLC will process your return/exchange within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned items in the mail.

         

         

        CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A DISCOUNTED ITEM THAT I PURCHASED?

        Unfortunately no you will not be able to return or exchange the item. Our return policy states that all sales are final on any discounted items which includes all clearance items, misprints, defected items, samples, or anything sold under the 'Discounted Items' category.

         

        CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SAMPLE, DEFECTED, OR MISPRINTED ITEM THAT I PURCHASED?

        Unfortunately no you will not be able to return or exchange the item. Our exchange policy states that all sales are final on any discounted items which include all clearance items, misprints, or anything sold under the 'Discounted Items' category.

         

         

        WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND ON AN ITEM IF I RETURN IT?

        Only within the 30-days after the date of purchase may the buyer will receive a full refund on the item price (of the returned item)  that was listed on the order at the time of the purchase. Unfortunately, the buyer will not receive reimbursement of any shipping & handling costs.

         

         

        WHAT IF IT'S AFTER THE 30-DAY WINDOW? CAN I STILL RETURN THE ITEM & GET MY MONEY BACK?

        After the 30-day window, refunds/exchanges will not be permitted on items returned after 30 days.

        MY POSTMASTER/POST OFFICE ISN'T ACCEPTING PACKAGES. HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

        Please hold onto your item and then reach back out to us at a time after your postmater/post office starts accepting packages again.

         

        THE RETURN ON MY TRACKING SAYS 'FAILED' - WHAT NOW?

        We're still receiving returns at our warehouse, though your tracking may not reflect this. If you haven't heard back from us about your refund within 10-15 business days from the time your package reaches our warehouse please contact us at: info@savagebabecollection.com.
