Terms & Conditions Agreement
In consideration of the mutual promises, the parties hereto agree as follows:

In consideration of the Volunteer model’s engagement as a model, and for other good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received, I hereby grant the following rights and permissions to Monica Agana, CEO, & Marlon Orellana, COO & Media Director of Savage Babe, LLC, his/her legal representatives, and assigns, those for whom Marlon Orellana (Media Director) is acting, and those acting with his/her authority and permission. Savage Babe, LLC has the irrevocable, perpetual and unrestricted right and permission to take, use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures of the Volunteer Model or in which I may be included, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations, in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise, made through any medium at his/her studios or elsewhere, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, specifically including but not limited to print media and distribution over the internet for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever.

Volunteer Model agrees to tag Savage Babe, LLC in any social media posts or stories where the Volunteer model is wearing any launch collection items during the Savage Babe Volunteering Modeling Photoshoot.

Volunteer model agrees to model for the Savage Babe, LLC apparel collection launch.

It is mutually and expressly understood that modeling services shall be donated, and that said Volunteer model is not entitled to nor expects any present or future salary, wages, or other benefits for these voluntary modeling services, but is promised TFP (time for print).

Volunteer model agrees that Savage Babe, LLC has rights to promote and post all photos from the photoshoot on their own pages before the volunteer model is able to post it on their own pages.

Volunteer model agrees to not post any photos of them wearing the products from the launch that have not yet been revealed by Savage Babe, LLC, and thus model will only be granted access to their photos once all products have been revealed on the Savage Babe social platforms. As a result, Volunteer model agrees that they will be given access to their prints via email or Google Drive within 1-3 weeks from the date of the photoshoot.

Volunteer model agrees to follow the direction of any personnel, employee, or Volunteer model, to whom Volunteer model has been assigned to perform services, and to participate in any training required by the Savage Babe, LLC in order to perform the voluntary services.

Volunteer model agrees that he/she will not be considered to be a signed model for Savage Babe, LLC other than a volunteer model.

Volunteer model further understands that if he/she is responsible for injuries to third parties or damage to their property while acting outside the scope of assigned Volunteer model duties, that said Volunteer model may be held personally liable for any monetary damages a court may award to the injured party.

It is further understood and agreed to by Volunteer model that the services rendered to the Savage Babe, LLC shall apply only in the case of liability arising out of the ordinary negligence that occurs during the scope of the Volunteer model’s services agreed to herein, and that in no way do any of these provisions apply for the benefit of Volunteer model, his/her heirs, executors or administrators in any action arising out of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other conduct on the part of said Volunteer model, which cause or may give rise to criminal liability.

Volunteer model further agrees that Volunteer model will fully cooperate with the Savage Babe, LLC and its media director, Marlon Orellana in any investigation, lawsuit, arbitration, or any other legal or quasilegal proceedings that arise from the matters covered by this agreement.

Volunteer model further agrees to notify the Savage Babe, LLC immediately of any incident that occurs or may occur within the knowledge of the Volunteer model, which gives rise to liability on the part of the Volunteer model of the Savage Babe, LLC.
